âïļWe must get wise to suffering as happiness gives no lessons. It merely leads to attachment, desire, and obsession. At times we even lost our consciousness when whatever we cling to disappear.
âïļSuffering, on the other hand, discloses to us the reality of life. By learning from misery and adversity, our wisdom can thrive from within. We can become more realistic and perceive suffering as just a normal and inevitable feature of human existence.
âïļWhenever we can acknowledge that suffering is an undeniable truth, our lives will become much easier. Living an easier life can be called happiness, which can be sought from nowhere else except through our own learning. Even though happiness is not our objective, we can still gain profound wisdom through learning of suffering.
